How to Set a Timex AquaTech

Timex AquaTech watches come with a set of instructions on how to set the time, date and alarms. The instructions might seem confusing, but the watch is simple to use once it is set and it costs less than many watch bands alone. Time and Date

Press the "Mode" button three times. The "Lap/Reset" button will display the hour-setting screen.

Press the "Start/Stop" button to set the watch to the correct hour. Press the "Lap/Reset" button to set the minute screen.

Press the "Start/Stop" button to set the minute. Press the "Lap/Reset" button to display the seconds screen. Set the seconds using the "Start/Stop" button. Set the month, date and week day using these same instructions.

Alarm

Press the "Mode" button twice. Press the "Lap/Reset" button to set the alarm hour screen. Press the "Start/Stop" button to set the desired alarm hour.

Press the "Mode" button twice. Press the "Lap/Reset" button to set the alarm minute screen. Press the "Start/Stop" button to set the desired alarm minute.

Press the "Lap/Reset" and "Start/Stop" buttons at the same time to activate the alarm setting. Look for the alarm icon to appear on the display screen. When the alarm sounds, press the "Lap/Reset" button and the alarm is set.
